The color has a slight pinkish tint and very bright.

The nose is very open, expressive, with notes of exotic fruits. The attack is of great sweetness, a lot of fat. The mid-palate is large, very fruity and full relief. The finish is very aromatic and fresh. This vintage of rosé produced 7 500 bottles.

• Soil : Soil : Sandy gravel of 15 to 30 cm - Basement: Gravels.
• Grapes : Cabernet Sauvignon (100 %).
• Yield : 56 hl / ha. to 6 600 rows of vines / ha.
• Pruning : double Guyot.
• Cultivation : Sustainable vine cultivation.
• Harvest : Mechanical, at optimum maturity of each plot. Manual sorting of the grapes in the winery.
• Winemaking : Cabernets are bled from the steeping. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature of 18 ° C to preserve the freshness of the flavors. The work of the lees saves in fat and sweetness. The malolactic fermentation is not required for this type of wine, to preserve the freshness and crunchiness of the fruit. The bottling is very early, early in the following spring.
